Music City Baseball is honored to have Nancy Schultz on the board of directors. Nancy is a Vice President of North Highland, a global consulting firm that delivers tactical and strategic business solutions to multinational organizations and has over 34 years of experience in the consulting industry.
Nancy has spent her fair share of time at the ballpark, as both of her sons are pursuing their respective Division 1 College baseball careers. Nancy is someone who loves the game of baseball and the city of Nashville. When asked why Tennessee should have an MLB presence, Nancy did not miss a beat when she said, “I want to continue to showcase Nashville through its love of professional sports. This city has a rich history in baseball and can be a springboard for cultural acceptance and equality.”
Nancy currently serves on the Impact Nashville Advisory Board and serves the Nashville Children’s Alliance. She lives locally with her husband of 32 years and enjoys playing competitive tennis as well as trying to make every baseball game she can when her sons are playing.
